Volcano Bay Water Theme Park, or Volcano Bay is a water park at Universal Orlando Resort in Orlando, Florida. This project featured a total of 36 different PVC shade structures all scattered around the water park, each one printed with a unique graphic design. The total combined surface area of all the structures is approximately 40,000 sq.ft. of PVC membrane. A project contracted directly with Birdair, Inc., Span Flex scope was providing the PVC membrane manufacturing and structural supporting steel fabrication.
